About

A husband-and-wife team, invested in your project.

Kino Consulting, Inc. is led by Andrea and Jake Aranki. Together they help clients turn ideas into well-planned, carefully managed projects, from early planning through completion.

Flexible support. Personal accountability.

Some clients need an advocate to guide planning and manage separate contractors. Others want a general contractor to take responsibility for the construction work. Kino supports either approach.

Our project management background helps us understand how design, budgets, scheduling, and field execution affect one another. Our trusted contractor relationships connect clients with the right people, and our personal involvement means direct communication and clear accountability.

We also know a successful project has to do more than look good when construction ends. It should function well, suit the client's needs, and provide lasting value.
